Hi,
My apologies for never using this email function to reach out. Sometimes I get lost in the technology.
I started Scobiphonic a few years ago to share my new journey into songwriting.
Since I do not perform, I wanted to get my songs documented. It's been a fruitful learning curve. I am grateful for the process.
But I forgot something along the way.
I forgot to say Thank You to the handful of subscribers that have stuck it out with me.
I appreciate your interest, comments and continued reading and listening.
I am a lone wolf type, far from the homeland, just trying to make sense of it all. So I am amazed when others, across the globe, even open the newsletter.
I'll continue to write essays and record original songs. I am focused on learning how to produce and mix song tracks. I want to make demo tracks good enough to offer to music publishers.
That's the long-term goal. And the dream.
But I also need to address the goals of this newsletter. As 2025 rolls into view, I am somewhat clueless on what you expect or want more of.
Before 2024 fades out, I will send out a survey or two to gather more information. Of course, your comments are welcome at any time.
Let me again express my thanks for your support.
Be well.
Rick Scobi

Hi Rick, Thanks for the shout out. I’ve enjoyed following you. I really enjoyed the Jeff Bezos song. I’ll have to write more articles focusing on your music in the coming months. Keep up the good work!✌🏽
